Since April 1st Tepco has conducted sprayings to bind radioactive dust. These efforts have been concentrated on
the slopes behind the two buildings 'across the street' from unit 3 and 4: the Common Spent Fuel Pool (CSFP) and the 
Medium Voltage Switchyard (MSV) respectively, and to the area around the Central Radwaste Treatment Facility (CHWTF), which is situated to the south of unit 4.
From April 24th, spraying was extended to slopes at reactor building 5, the main building and the gymnasium.
